In the Driver Properties section, features such as watermark inclusion are available. Graphics are often light or dark when printed. To insure proper graphics quality, the density and contrast of the graphics can be controlled manually.
Brother has recognized that all documents don’t require printing at the 1200 dpi setting. To facilitate this, Brother permits printing as low as 300 dpi quality. While the quality of printing at 1200 dpi is outstanding, the 300 dpi quality allows quality printing at high speed for preliminary versions of documents. Speed at which the documents are printed is dependent upon several variables. These variables can be, whether graphics are included in the document and the density of the graphics in the document, the print quality desired and as previously mentioned how the printer is connected to the computer or network.
Brother has made duplex printing a simple task. Many users find alignment problems when attempting duplex printing. The HL-1650 is delivered with automatic duplex printing and six settings for alignment of documents. Should the user not select to utilize the automatic duplex printing function, duplex printing can be finished by through a manual setting.
